About

We are a small farm of eight acres, but don’t let that fool you, we are punching well above our weight! For the last two-years the goal has been to turn a blank canvas (pasture, no trees) into a biodiverse, profitable (got to eat and pay bills) and self-sufficient farm.

There are five inhabitants: Lee, Nic, Watson (our mini bull terrier); George and Mildred (two geese we inherited with the farm). Then there are bees, birds, insects and a growing list of living beings year after year.

The primary driver is olive trees and their products, with a secondary focus on sustainable farming products such as honey sourced from Kenyan Top Bar hives.

Over the coming years more will be added to the farm with the journey the important part; the destination, the cream on top.
